Asset | FIRST International organises guest lectures in order to provide students with a better insight in the practical implications of a certain topic. Guest lectures take place during a lecture of a specific course and are related to the course material. During a guest lecture a representative of a company/institution will tell something about his/her experiences.

In the academic year 2009-2010 we organised for the following courses a guest lecture:

• Accounting 1 for IBA (1st year course), provided by Deloitte
• Accounting 2: Management Accounting for IB (2nd year course), informal accounting session
• Business Controls (3rd year course), informal accounting session
• Management 2 (2nd year course), provided by AkzoNobel
• Macroeconomics for IBA (1st year course), provided by Ministry of Finance
• Comparative Management (3rd year course), provided by Sabic IP
