In the academic year 2009-2010 Asset | FIRST International will organise the Finance Expedition, in cooperation with Asset | Accounting & Finance and Asset | Econometrics by six enthusiastic students of the three different study associations.In three days we will visit five different financial companies and institutions. At each company we will have a case study and get the opportunity to talk to company representatives.
           
The tasks of the Finance Expedition committee consist of contacting companies, informing them about the activity and maintaining contact with them if they are interested in participation. Also the committee has to arrange accommodation and transportation and has to develop a detailed programme of the day. In the beginning of the first semester the promotion of the Finance Expedition will start and, then, the committee will have to promote the activity on campus and during lectures. When the Finance Expedition finally takes place, the committee will guide the participating students during three days. Last, after the Finance Expedition has taken place, an evaluation of the activity and the organisation will follow to come up with recommendations and tips for the future committees.

The committee of every edition of the Finance Expedition will start up in April or May of every academic year.
