The tasks of the Business Tour committee consist of contacting companies, informing them about the activity and maintaining contact if they are interested in participation. Also the committee has to arrange transportation and accommodation. Furthermore the committee has to develop a detailed programme of the day to ensure that no problems will occur and everything will go very smoothly when the Business Tour takes place. In the beginning of the second semester the promotion of the Business Tour will start and, thus, will the committee have to promote the activity on campus and during lectures. Then, when the Business Tour will finally take place, the committee will guide the participating students during two days until their return to Tilburg. Last, after the Business Tour has taken place, an evaluation of the activity and the organisation will follow to come up with recommendations and tips for the future committees.
