Yearbook Committee

This committee is responsible for creating the Yearbook of Asset | FIRST International. The Yearbook is a book of around 80 pages for active members. It contains a member and committee overview, a lot of pictures and random items starring active members, ranging from a cooking contest to the election of the Active Member of the Year.

What does the committee do?
The Yearbook committee is a creative committee and has the goal to create a Yearbook that is better-looking and contains more nonsense than last year's edition. In addition, the committee arranges sponsoring, looks for a printer and has the tough challenge of making all of the active members fill in the questionnaire and to have each Chairman of each committee write a piece about their committee.

What does the committee learn?
The committee works in a team of around five persons to create the content of an 80-page book. The timeframe of doing this is four months. They will have to make a lot of deadlines and stick to them in order to deliver it in time. In addition, they learn to work with the programme Adobe InDesign to create the layout of the book.
